12A Figuring out Buyer Behavior 1. Geographical Segmentation 2. I interviewed three students who get to the University using three different modes of transportation. One drives, one takes the bus and the other uses a scooter. For those that did not drive themselves to campus, the main complaint was the reliability on a system (busses) that does not run on time 24/7; therefore, their interest in another mode of transportation was there, however finding parking was another dissatisfaction. For those that drove to school the complaint was yet again finding no parking and having to pay for a pass without getting an ensure place to park. 3. Those that have a motor vehicle prove there is a need in the parking industry on campus.
